About Us

Established in 1967 as "Handy House" building wooden portable restrooms as they were ordered, Anderson Rentals, Inc. has grown. Founded by Raymond & Marguerite Anderson, and staffed by his children, Anderson Rentals is a Family Owned and Operated company. Raymond, or Ray as he was known, instilled some very important ideals in the minds of his children, namely, if you need something, do it yourself.

From building wooden toilets to molding and building our own fiberglass portable toilets. Anderson Rentals has always searched for ways to make things better. This does not only apply to toilets as Anderson Rentals has constructed most of our pump tank rigs for our service trucks as well as some of our construction restroom and shower trailers.

Following the retirement of Raymond Anderson and his wife Marguerite, Anderson Rentals, Inc. moved under the direction of four of their seven sons: Robert (retired), William (retired), Eric (retired) and John Anderson. This period of time saw major expansions from the humble beginnings in Brevard County, Florida. We are now a portable sanitation company that provides construction services to over 13 counties of Florida and special event services nationwide. (See Service Map.)

In 2005, the third generation of family ownership began as Woody Donnelly, Robert's son-in-law, was made partner to help lead the company as it continues to expand into new markets and new products. And in 2016, William’s son, Jay Anderson came onboard to help support both Human Resources and Customer service. John's son, Benjamin Anderson has also recently come onboard to oversee the fleet of trucks and ensure they can keep providing us with millions of miles under their hoods.
